A 30 year old Olean woman was charged with criminal trespass on June 7, 2018 after a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, officers responded to a report of a burglary in progress in the town of Olean. While enroute, Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that was reported to have left the scene and which Lacy M. Nickola was driving.
After further investigation, Nickola was arrested and issued an appearance ticket returnable to Olean Town Court later this month.
