An 18 year old Olean woman was charged with Petit Larceny on June 1, 2018 following a shoplifting incident.
According to New York State Troopers, officers responded to a report of a shoplifting at Wal-Mart in the town of Allegany. Store security personnel observed Haley M. Green-Morgan leave the store without paying for $212.51 worth of merchandise.
Green-Morgan was arrested and issued an appearance ticket for Allegany Town Court for later this month.
