CANISIUS COLLEGE ATHLETICS

Mark Miyashita action vs RMU 5-9-18
BUFFALO, N.Y. — Canisius men’s lacrosse will host a pair of camps this summer, head coach Mark Miyashita announced on Monday.

The program will host a youth camp July 23-26 and a prospect camp July 30-31.
Both camps will be held at the Demske Sports Complex on the Canisius campus.

The youth camp is a skill development camp for boys entering grades 4-8 for the 2018-19 school year. Each day will focus on developing lacrosse skills through a variety of drills and games in a safe, fun, and exciting environment.

Designed for aspiring college lacrosse players ages 14-18, the prospect camp will allow players an opportunity to learn from the Golden Griffins staff through skill sessions, simulated game situations, and scrimmages.

All players will be put through college level practice sessions that are focused on fundamental skill development intended to provide campers exposure to the expectations and rigor of collegiate lacrosse. Additional collegiate programs from various divisions will be in attendance at the event.
