A 45 year old Portville man was charged with criminal mischief and harassment on May 30, 2018 after a call to 911 to report a loud disturbance.
According to New York State Troopers, officers responded to a report of a dispute in the town of Portville. Their investigation determined that Scott J. Piatt had intentionally damaged property and struck another party.
Piatt was arrested and arraigned in Portville Town Court, where he was released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to reappear in Portville Town Court at a later date.
