A resident of the Town of Hume was charged with DWI on May 19, 2018 after a call to police about an erratic operator of a motor vehicle.
According to New York State Troopers, the vehicle was eventually located and after France failed multiple SFST’s he was transported to SP Amity for processing. France registered a .17% BAC.
France was issued traffic tickets returnable in the Town of Hume for May 2018.
