Buffalo State announced its 2018 women’s soccer schedule today with the Bengals set to face some new foes in non-conference competition.
The Bengals will open the season on Aug. 31 and Sept. 1 at the RPI Tournament where they will take on the traditional early season rivals Farmingdale State and Western Connecticut State for the sixth-consecutive year. That will be followed by some new opposition in the form of a home game against Utica on Sept. 5 before traveling to Ohio the ensuing weekend to take on Kenyon and Denison.
A pair of home non-conference games against D’Youville (Sept. 12) and John Carroll (Sept. 15) will lead the Bengals into SUNYAC play which will open at home against Oneonta and New Paltz on Sept. 21 and 22 respectively.
The Bengals remaining non-conference slate will feature a home contest against Alfred University on Oct. 3 and a regular-season finale on the road at Nazareth on Oct. 24. Buffalo State will wrap up its home schedule with a league game against Cortland on Oct. 13.
