PRESS RELEASE
A 19 year old Forestville man was charged with possession of marijuana on May 11, 2018 after a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, officers detected a strong odor of marihuana from the vehicle while interviewing Weaver. Weaver was found to be in possession of approximately 30 grams of marijuana. He was transported to SP Amity for processing.
Weaver was issued a appearance ticket returnable to the town of Andover court in June 2018.
