A 49 year old Frewsburg woman was charged with Aggravated DWI after a domestic disturbance call was made on May 5th, 2018.
According to New York State Troopers, officers were at a residence in Frewsburg investigating a domestic incident when Ruszala arrived, by vehicle and in an intoxicated condition, causing a disturbance. Ruszala was placed under arrest after failing several SFSTs and transported to SP Jamestown where she provided a breath sample of .18. Ruszala was then processed, issued tickets returnable to the town of Carroll Court and released.
Ruszala is scheduled to appear in the town of Carroll Court later in the month to answer the charge.
