BUSTI — Three brothers were arrested and charged today with various crimes following a fight at a bar.
According to New York State Police, Troopers out of SP Jamestown charged Zachary Haller, 21, of Jamestown, and Kyle Haller, 26, of Ellicott with criminal mischief, assault, disorderly conduct, obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest and harassment. Cody Haller, 22, of New Castle was also charged with criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest and harassment.
The Troopers were dispatched to a fight in progress. Upon arrival, Troopers were encountered by all three individuals who were uncooperative and were fighting with patrons and then began to fight with the Troopers on scene. Investigation revealed that Zachary and Kyle did assault patrons of the bar and all three-caused damage to property inside the bar. All three brothers were placed under arrest, processed at SP Jamestown and arraigned in the town of Busti Court. All three were remanded at the Chautauqua County Jail.
