ANGELICA — New York State Police charged three people with second-degree burglary on Saturday following an investigation of a home invasion that took place Saturday morning.

According to NYSP, the Bureau of Criminal Investigation arrested Hanna L. Stuck, 35 of Scio; Kelly A. Blair, 41 of Cuba; and Cory Eck, 35 of Wellsville.

Police say that at approximately 6:40 a.m., Troopers out of SP Amity responded to West Main Street  for a possible home invasion. Further investigation done by the BCI revealed that the 68-year-old victim was asleep and woke up by two unknown suspects who took cash from the residence. The victim was not injured during the burglary. After area interviews and possible leads it was determined that one of the suspects, Stuck (pictured) who did not enter the residence during the burglary was a known acquaintance of the victim.  All three suspects were located and arrested.  The three suspects were arraigned in the town of Friendship Court and remanded to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
