On April 21, 2018 at 3:20 P.M. the Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) out of SP Jamestown responded to a report of a found unidentified male body located off State Hwy 20 in the town of Portland. An operator traveling on State Hwy 20 located the deceased. The body is scheduled for an autopsy to determine the identity and the cause of death.
This is still an ongoing investigation and no information will be given at this time.
