MANSFIELD — A 62-year-old Geneva, Ohio man was charged this morning with DWI refusal and felony suspended operation.
According to New York State Police, at approxiamtely 11:49 a.m., Troopers were dispatched to a one car roll over accident on Windsor Road. Donald P. Semhric was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and Transported to SP Ellicottville for processing. Semhric’s drivers privilege was found to be suspended from previous DWI. Semhric refused to provide a breath/blood sample.
Semhric was arraigned in the town of Mansfield.
