YORKSHIRE — A 62-year-old Freedom man was charged Saturday with moving from lane unsafely and DWI refusal.
According to New York State Police, at approxiamtely 9:38 p.m., Troopers stopped James M. Nelson on Church Road for failing to maintain lane. Nelson was placed under arrest after failing HGN SFST and was transported to SP Machias for processing. Nelson refused to provide a breath sample and was arraigned in the town of Yorkshire
