• Senior Connor Kearnan has been compiling points for Canisius at a prolific rate this season as the senior attack ranks sixth nationally in both assists (3.4) and points (5.5) per game. With four games remaining in the regular season, Kearnan has already cracked the program’s top-10 list for points in a campaign with 55.

• Sophomore Reece Eddy highlights the team’s defensive efforts as he paces the Griffs in both ground balls (45) and caused turnovers (15). Eddy’s 15 caused turnovers this season currently put him in a five-way tie for eighth on the program’s single-season chart.

• Senior Liam Ganzhorn has started all 10 games between the pipes for Canisius. He has posted a 13.25 goals against average and a .429 save percentage in 584 minutes of action this season.

• Canisius has been one of the more efficient offensive teams in the nation this season as it ranks fifth nationally in shooting percentage (.368). The Griffs have shot better than 30 percent from the field in all 10 games played this season.

Detroit Mercy Battles Back to Defeat Canisius, 12-10

• Detroit Mercy scored the final five goals of the game to erase a fourth-quarter deficit and defeat Canisius, 12-10, on April 7 at the Demske Sports Complex.

• Trailing 10-7 early in the fourth quarter, the Titans used a pair of tallies from Matthew Vangalen and individual strikes from Lucas Ducharme, Seth Mendall and Patrick Walsh over the final 12 minutes of regulation to record the come-from-behind victory.

• Senior Connor Kearnan notched three goals and added two assists for the Golden Griffins while fellow seniors Steven Coss and Ryan McKee pitched in three and two goals, respectively.

• Senior Connor Kearnan recorded his fifth hat trick of the season and 18th of his career with his
three-goal effort on Saturday.

• With his two assists on Saturday, Kearnan moved into tie with Nick LoCoco for second place on the program’s single-season assists chart (34).

• Kearnan’s five points also moved him into sole possession of 10th place on the program’s single-season points chart (55).

 • Senior Steven Coss recorded his third hat trick of the season and fifth of his career with his three-goal effort Saturday.

• Sophomore Mathieu Boissonneault posted his second multiple-assist game in as many contests with his two-assist effort on Saturday.
