A Town of Hume woman was charged with DWI on April 7th, 2018.
According to New York State Troopers, they stopped Luce on St Rt 19 in the Town of Hume for having an unauthorized sticker on her vehicle. Luce was placed under arrest after failing multiple SFSTs and trtansported to SP Fillmore where she registered a BAC of .10%.
Luce was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Hume Court for April 2018.
