A 24 year old Youngstown man was charged on April 1st, 2018
with 2nd degree assault, 2nd degree strangulation, 2nd degree menacing,
criminal possession of a weapon 4th, and DWI.

According to New York State Troopers, On April 1, 2018,
Troopers responded to Elliot St, Youngstown for a report of a domestic
incident. Further investigation revealed
that Commisso menaced and struck the 17-year-old victim with a shotgun in
addition to physically assaulting the victim.
Commisso was subsequently located and taken into custody from a traffic
stop. Commisso administered a breath test at SP Niagara resulting in a .13%
BAC. All weapons were removed from the
residence as a result of this investigation.

Commisso was arraigned at the town of Porter court and
remanded to Niagara County in lieu of $25,000/50,000 cash/bond.
