LATHAM, N.Y. — Major General Anthony P. German, the Adjutant General for the State of New York, announces the promotion of members of the New York Army National Guard in recognition of their capability for additional responsibility and leadership.


They include:


Tanner Bolsei from Le Roy, N.Y., assigned to the Headquarters and Service Company, 642nd Support Battalion, who received a promotion to the rank of Private First Class.


Patrick Granchelli from Lockport, N.Y., assigned to the C Troop, 2-101 Cavalry (Reconnaissance, Surveillance and Target Acquisition), who received a promotion to the rank of Specialist.


Heather Heppner from Sanborn, N.Y., assigned to the Company C (Medical), 427th Brigade Support Battalion, who received a promotion to the rank of Major.


Brandon Jones from Stow, N.Y., assigned to the Company A, 642nd Support Battalion, who received a promotion to the rank of Sergeant.


Steven Manciocchi from East Rochester, N.Y., assigned to the Headquarters and Service Company, 642nd Support Battalion, who received a promotion to the rank of Sergeant.


Anthony Morino from Buffalo, N.Y., assigned to the Combat Engineer Company B, 152nd Brigade 
Engineer Battalion, who received a promotion to the rank of Sergeant.


Dylan Pohrte from Amherst, N.Y., assigned to the 152nd Engineer Support Company, who received a promotion to the rank of Private First Class.


Amy Pritchard from Buffalo, N.Y., assigned to the Headquarters and Headquarters Troop, 2-101 Cavalry (Reconnaissance, Surveillance and Target Acquisition), who received a promotion to the rank of Sergeant.


Rapheal Ramos from Amherst, N.Y., assigned to the 152nd Engineer Support Company, who received a promotion to the rank of Sergeant First Class.


Joshua Rhinehardt from Buffalo, N.Y., assigned to the Company A, 642nd Support Battalion, who received a promotion to the rank of Sergeant.


Jacob Szymczak from Buffalo, N.Y., assigned to the C Troop, 2-101 Cavalry (Reconnaissance, Surveillance and Target Acquisition), who received a promotion to the rank of Private First Class.


Alfred Torres from Buffalo, N.Y., assigned to the Military Intelligence, Company D, 152nd Brigade Engineer Battalion, who received a promotion to the rank of Specialist.


Sidney Vanderford from Buffalo, N.Y., assigned to the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 152nd Brigade Engineer Battalion, Brigade Engineer Brigade, who received a promotion to the rank of Specialist.


Wilfredo Vasquez from Buffalo, N.Y., assigned to the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 27th Brigade Special Troops Battalion, who received a promotion to the rank of Private First Class.


Adam Wilcox from Henrietta, N.Y., assigned to the Company C, 1-171st Aviation Regiment, who received a promotion to the rank of Sergeant.


Deron Williams from Rochester, N.Y., assigned to the Company D, 3-126th Aviation, who received a promotion to the rank of Private First Class.


Samantha Woodruff from Rochester, N.Y., assigned to the 1427th Transportation Company, who received a promotion to the rank of Sergeant.


Frank Woods from Rochester, N.Y., assigned to the 27th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, who received a promotion to the rank of Captain.


Paul Woodward from Cheektowaga, N.Y., assigned to the Company D (Forward Support Company Reconnaissance, Surveillance and Target Acquisition), 427th Brigade Support Battalion, who received a promotion to the rank of Private.
