The New York State Police out of SP Boston in conjunction with the New York State Liquor Authority conducted an Underage Drinking Initiative on Friday. The following arrests were made:
Gina Margaret Slyder, age 27, of Labelle Ave in Blasdell was arrested for Prohibited Sale of Alcohol to a minor at O’Neills Stadium Inn, Orchard Park. She was processed and issued an appearance ticket returnable to Orchard Park Town Court on March 29.
Jaimie L. Mccoy, age 41, of South Ave in West Seneca was arrested for Prohibited Sale of Alcohol to a minor at Kettles in Orchard Park. She was processed and issued an appearance ticket returnable to Orchard Park Town Court on March 20.
Mark R. Whipple, age 50, of East Eden Rd in Hamburg was arrested for Prohibited Sale of Alcohol to a minor at The Burg in Hamburg. He was processed and issued an appearance ticket returnable to Hamburg Village Court on March 20.
