FREEDOM — A 21-year-old Freedom woman was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated after New York State Police Troopers out of SP Machias were dispatched to a vehicle in the field on Brown Schoolhouse Road.
According to New York State Police,Marissa J. Moquin was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Machias for processing, where she recorded a .13 percent blood alcohol content.
Moquin was issued tickets returnable to the town of Freedom court for later this month.
