EAST CONCORD — On Wednesday, Troopers located Kyle R. Dulanski at his residence in East Concord and arrested him on an active bench warrant and additionally for third-degree bail jumping.
According to police, Dulanski had posted bail on the original charge, but failed to appear as ordered. A bench warrant was issued as a result.
Dulanski was arraigned at the town of Machias court and remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail on $2,000 bail.
