A water main break on North French Road in Amherst is affecting traffic Monday afternoon, according to the Erie County Water Authority.
The authority reported the break at 2610 North French Road at about 2:20 p.m.
The authority cautioned drivers to keep an eye out for a lane shift in that section of North French between Hopkins and Dodge roads.
