BERGEN — An 18-year-old Byron man was charged Monday wit second-degree unlawful imprisonment, forcible touching, endangering the welfare of a child and third-degree sexual abuse.
According to New York State Police, an investigation of Anthony L. Miraglia ranges from multiple incidents in Genesee County from May 2016 through July 2017 while the victims, who were known to Miraglia ranged from ages 15 to 17 at the time.
Miraglia was arrested and arraigned in the town of Bergen and released on his own recognizes and ordered to return in February 2018.
