YORKSHIRE — New York State Police charged Richard L Maston with driving while intoxicated following a Wednesday night traffic stop on State Route 39 in the town of Yorkshire for inadequate exhaust.
Maston was placed under arrest after failing multiple SFSTs and transported to SP Machias for processing. Maston recorded a .17 blood alcohol content. He was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Yorkshire court in January 2018.
