ALLEGANY — A 33-year-old Olean man was charged Saturday with petit larceny by New York State Police.
According to the NYSP report, Troopers out of SP Olean arrested Karl J. Ginnery after a report he was involved in a returned items scam at Walmart. He was arrested at his residence in the city of Olean, processed at SP Olean, and released on an appearance ticket for Petit Larceny returnable to Allegany Town Court at a later date and time.
