Troopers on Saturday charged 32-year-old Christopher A. Norton of Great Valley with second-degree criminal contempt.
According to the NYSP report, Norton was arrested following an investigation where he made contact with protected parties in violation of an active Order of Protection. He was arrested at his residence and taken to SP Olean for processing. He was then arraigned where the judge released him on his own recognizance with a court date in Great Valley Town Court on a later date and time.
