ASHFORD — A 20-year-old West Valley man was charged early this morning with driving while intoxicated.
According to New York State Police, Troopers were dispatched to a vehicle off the roadway on Gooseneck Rd. in the town of Ashford. Hunter L. Czapla was placed under arrest and transported to SP Machias for processing.
Czapla was issued tickets for the town of Ashford Court.
