RANDOLPH — A 35-year-old Randolph woman was charged Friday with five counts of first-degree unlawful dealing with a child, three counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of second-degree obstructing governmental administration. 


According to New York State Police, Troopers received information that illegal activity was occurring at a residence in Randolph. Investigation revealed that Amber Redeye had been providing a location for minors to congregate to consume drugs and alcohol. After being arrested, Redeye was processed at SP Jamestown, arraigned in the town of Randolph Court and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail.
