This week’s featured show is the 2017 Night Lights Music Festival taking place Thursday through Saturday at The Heron in Sherman.
The Night Lights Music Festival transforms The Heron into a three-day, three-night SOUND & LIGHT spectacular. Featuring over 30 musical acts on three stages, camping, art installations, hiking/ biking on over 200 acres, swimming, yoga, local craft vendors, great food and music till dawn.
What began as something small and simple; just a bunch of good friends getting together and enjoying a weekend of great music & camping has become a can’t miss event. Their community has grown quite a bit but the underlying principles remain the same; COMMUNITY. ART. NATURE.
Performers this year include: Papadosio, Dopapod, Aqueous, Mihali & Frends, SunSquabi, The Bright Light Social Hour, Mungion, Jimkata, Tropidelic, Broccoli Samurai, Mister F (Game Genie), Lazlo Hollyfeld, Aircraft, Funktional Flow (Sublime Set), Smackdab, Folkfaces, Intrepid Travelers, Danielle Ponder & The Tomorrow People, Elephant Wrecking Ball, Holy Hand Grenade, Relics – Tribute To Pink Floyd, Nightfall of Diamonds (Tribute to the Dead), Space Junk, Skyepilot, Pine Fever, Ocular Panther, The Bloodthirsty Vegans, Yali, The Truth, Cold Lazarus, Neon Veins, & more!
$125 covers your camping and entry for all 3 days, or $65 gets you in for just Friday & Saturday. Tickets are available at Terrapin Station, Head Space Glass, Grasshopper, & Holly Loft.
