PORTVILLE — A 34-year-old Caneadea man was charged Saturday with three counts of violating a court mandate after he was reportedly found at the movies with three children he was ordered to stay away from.
According to New York State Police, Troopers received a call stating Eric J Kaczor was at the Portville drive-in theater with three children he was court-ordered to stay away from. Troopers responded and located Kaczor with the three children and their mother. An active order of protection was in affect for Kaczor to stay away from the 3 children.
Kaczor was processed at SP Olean and arraigned in the Town of Portville court before being released on orders to re-appear in court later this month.
