JAMESTOWN — A 24-year-old Jamestown woman was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on East 2nd Street.
According to New York State Police, Lisa Ferguson was pulled over for committing multiple traffic violations on East 2nd Street in Jamestown, and after failing several SFSTs, Ferguson was placed under arrest. Ferguson was transported to SP Jamestown where she provided a breath sample of .14. Ferguson was then processed, issued tickets returnable to the City of Jamestown Court and released. Ferguson is scheduled to appear in the City of Jamestown Court next month to answer the charge.
