PERRY — A 38-year-old man with addresses in Perry and Dansville was arrested earlier today, charged third-degree rape and third-degree criminal sexual act — both felonies — as well as endangering the welfare of a child, accused of “criminal actions occurring in the Village of Perry since March, 2017.”

According to New York State Police, Lance A. Riley was arrested for subjecting a 15 year-old female victim to sexual intercourse and sexual acts multiple times at his residence on Borden Avenue, Village of Perry, Wyoming County.

He was arraigned at the Village of Perry court in front of Justice Bogert and remanded to Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail / bond. He is to reappear in Village of Perry Court at a later date.
