WELLSVILLE — A 36-year-old Greenwood man was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on State Route 417.
According to New York State Police, Christopher S. Hollister was stopped for speeding and determined to be intoxicated. He was arrested and transported to SP Amity for processing where he recorded a 0.12 percent blood alcohol content. He was released on tickets and is due in the Town of Wellsville Court on Wednesday.
