SINCLAIRVILLE — A 24-year-old Cassadega man was charged Thursday with DWI and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop on Park Street.

According to New York State Police, Nathan Mosier was pulled over for a traffic violation and determined to be intoxicated. He was taken to SP Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of .16 percent.  Mosier’s driving history revealed his license had been revoked for a DWI-related offense therefore he was additionally charged with AUO.

He was processed, arraigned in the Town of Charlotte Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
