SINCLAIRVILLE — A 26-year-old Sinclairville man was charged with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child follwing an investigation by New York State Police.
According to NYSP, Troopers responded to a report of a child that was a possible assault victim. Investigation revealed that while at his mother’s residence, the seven-year-old was struck in the face by Ronald Duman, resulting in a visible mark.
The child was treated at WCA Hospital in Jamestown and Duman was placed under arrest. Duman was processed at SP Jamestown, arraigned in the Town of Charlotte Court and was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
