ORCHARD PARK — A 25-year-old Orchard Park man was charged Monday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on
North Boston Road.
According to New York State Police, Joseph Guggemos was stopped for speeding. Troopers determined him to be intoxicated and subsequently found him to have a .10 percent blood alcohol content.
Guggemos was processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Boston Court on June 19.
