FRANKLINVILE — A 53-year-old Franklinville man was charged Thursday with driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of marijuana following a crash.
According to New York State Police, Richard D. Lewis had sustained injuries while traveling on State Route 98 in the Town of Franklinville and his vehicle exited the roadway hitting the guide rail then overturning coming to rest on it’s roof.
Lewis was charged — then released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Franklinville Court in June.
