ALMOND — A 51-year-old Holley woman was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation after police were alerted to a vehicle traveling in the wrong direction on I-86.
According to the New York State Police Report, Trooper responded to the report of a van traveling west bound in the east bound lane. Troopers located Deborha J. Bailey in her vehicle on the shoulder of I-86 and determined her to be intoxicated. She was taken to the Amity Troopers’ barracks and found to have a .20 percent blood alcohol content. A license check also showed that Bailey’s license was suspended.
