TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 46-year-old Medina man was charged Monday with second-degree menacing, second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon following a road rage incident.
According to New York State Police, Troopers investigated a road rage incident in the Walmart parking lot on South Transit Road found that Wayne V. Parlier Jr. had pulled his vehicle into the Walmart parking lot with the operator of a motorcycle. Parlier exited his vehicle with a bat and physically confronted the motorcycle operator about his driving on South Transit Road.
Parlier appeared at the Lockport State Police Station and was charged, processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Lockport Court at a later date.
