Charles L. Bailor, Sr., passed away on April 29, 2017. Born on May 3, 1941 in Clearfiled, PA, he was the son of the late Orlo and Eva Jean (McLaughlin) Bailor.
Survivors include three children, Tina, Charles, Jr. (Brenda) and Cheryl; 6 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and 5 siblings. He was predeceased by one brother.
