PERRYSBURG — Two teenage males were charged with burglary from the JN Adam Complex on Peck Hill Road.

According to New York State Police, Troopers responded to a 911 call of trespassers at the complex Saturday night. Responding Troopers could hear subjects inside the building breaking glass and damaging the building. Two subjects fled the building and were subsequently apprehended.

Eighteen-year-old Devon M. Ford of Bennington and 17-year-old Seth Z. Pionessa of Attica were charged with third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief, accused of smashing windows and a door inside the facility. Pionessa was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Both men were arraigned in the Town of Perrysburg Court and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bond.
