CANTON — The following students have been selected for membership in the St. Lawrence University chapter of Chi Alpha Sigma, the National College Athlete Honor Society, recognizing college student-athletes who excel in the classroom, in their sport and in the community.

  • Kyle D. Kobis of Elma is a member of the Class of 2017 and is majoring in Government and Business in the Liberal Arts. Kobis attended Berkshire School.
  • Masha S. Kolesnikova of Elma is a member of the Class of 2018 and is majoring in Neuroscience. Kolesnikova attended Nichols School.
  • Austen J. Lauricella of Akron is a member of the Class of 2018 and is majoring in Economics-Mathematics. Lauricella attended Akron Central School.

Students are nominated to this society by their head coaches for their contributions to their team, for their moral character and for having achieved a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher.
