At age 100, Mille went to be with the Lord. Through out her great life Millie always looked at the positive side of all situations, and her spiritual beliefs were strong.

Born on April 21,1917 to the late George and Carrie Stalker. She was the beloved wife of the late Paul Bane; predeceased by brothers George, Wayne, Don and Alan Stalker.

Survived by her children Randall Bane, Kirk (Laurine) Bane, and Kathleen (Gene) Dinse; brothers Glen (Emily), Richard (Linda), and sister-in-law June. Grandchildren Bill Wright, Karen Bane, Alina (Jeremy) Patterson, and Ian Dinse (Michael Steck). Great-grandchildren Jack, Liam, Emmett, and Amelia Wright and Evan and Lee Patterson and many nieces and nephews.

Mildred took business courses in high school to prepare for her future. She married her high school sweetheart Paul in October of 1937, they settled in Lyndonville. Paul built their home at 167 Maple Ave in 1947, where they raised their three children.

Mildred had various employment opportunities in her life: mail carrier, town clerk in Yates, and BOCES in the library center.

She was an active volunteer for her church, the Democratic Party, and Orchard Manor; a willing driver for those in need, and a member of TWIGS. Mildred loved to travel, enjoyed several family vacations to the New England area. In later years she enjoyed flying to visit family in FL, MO, AZ, and CO.

A celebration of life will be held on May 6, 2017 at 11:00 AM, at Lyndonville Methodist Church, 102 N. Main St., Lyndonville, NY 14098, friends invited.
