FRIENDSHIP — A 23-year-old Cuba man was charged Friday with driving while intoxicated following a one-car crash on Linwood Avenue.
According to New York State Police, Shane E Kranock’s vehicle was found off the roadway and down an embankment. Trooper’s interviewed Kranock and determined him to be intoxicated. He was charged and processed at SP Amity, where he was found to have a .16 percent blood alcohol content.
He was issued traffic tickets for DWI, unlicensed operation, unregistered vehicle, and uninsured vehicle. All tickets returnable to the Town of Friendship court May.
