NORTH HARMONY — A 33-year-old Dayton, Ohio man was charged earlier today with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on I-86.

According to New York State Police, The Troopers and Chautauqua County Sheriff Deputies received a call of an erratic driver on I-86 traveling east that had already struck a guard rail and drove from the scene. The vehicle was subsequently stopped in Stow and Pascal.

Muhiziwinto Pascal was arrested after failing several standard field sobriety tests. Pascal was transported to SP Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of .19 percent blood alcohol content. He was then processed, arraigned in the Town of North Harmony Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
