CANEADEA — A 24-year-old Buffalo woman was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, second-degree harassment, and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration following an incident at Absolut Care.

According to New York State Police, Troopers arrested Keshawana K. Foots following an investigation. Foots actively resisted arrest. She was transported to SP Amity for processing and was arraigned before the Town of Belfast Court before being remanded to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail/$2,000 bond.

Foots is scheduled to appear before the Town of Caneadea Court tonight.
