Mary B. Petrus of Lockport, NY formerly of Barker, NY wife of Jeremy Petrus entered into rest Friday, April 14, 2017 at home. She was born in Newfane, NY May 1, 1980. The daughter of William and Kathie Smith of Barker, NY.
She married Jeremy Petrus on July 23, 2005. Mary worked at Catholic Charities in Niagara Falls, NY as an MST Therapist. She enjoyed singing, dancing, concerts, movies, crafting and always lending a kind ear to friends and taking care of others. Mother of Jack Petrus, Sister of Erin (Gregory) Goodlander of Barker, NY, Peter (Whitney) Smith of Washington, DC and Emily (Jordan) Gow of Barker, NY. Daughter-in-law of Richard (Christine) Petrus and the late Florence Petrus. Sister-in-law of Jeffrey Petrus of Orchard Park, NY. Also survived by several very dear nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncle.

A Celebration of Mary’s Life and luncheon will be held at 1pm on SATURDAY at Brookside Banquet Hall 2990 Lockport-Olcott Road Newfane, NY. In lieu of flowers: memorials to Roswell Park Cancer Institute for Neuro Endocrine Cancer Research at P.O. Box 631 Buffalo, NY 14240 would be appreciated by the family.
