CONCORD — A 66-year-old Concord man was charged Thursday with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Genesee Road.

According to New York State Police,  Joseph D. Novoa was stopped for crossing out of his lane and subsequently determined to be intoxicated. He was taken to the Boston Troopers’ barracks and found to have a .19 percent blood alcohol content.

Novoa was processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Concord Court on April 24.
