JAMESTOWN — A 23-year-old Jamestown man was charged today with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and driving while ability impaired by drugs.

According to New York State Police, Brandon Dailey was pulled over on Route 60 for a traffic violation. While talking to him, Troopers smelled marijuana, which led to them finding a marijuana smoking device inside the vehicle. Dailey was placed under arrest after Troopers determined him to be under the influence. He was additionally charged with aggravated unlicensed operation due to him driving while his license was suspended.

Dailey was processed, issued tickets returnable to the Town of Ellicott Court and released with orders to appear in the Town of Ellicott Court next month to answer the charges.
