THE AMHERST TIMES
I, Jim Tricoli, Editor and Owner of the Amherst Times for the last 25 years have every intention to interview every candidate who is running for office in Amherst. Since I have been labeled “the conscious of Amherst” I have no bones to grind with any candidate.
This way, I will be able to understand why they’re running and what is their true platform.
This way the public will be able to see who is running and what they plan to do for Amherst.
If a candidate doesn’t want to interview, the only reason is he or she has something they want to keep from the public.
I will be contacting each candidate.
