PAUL SMITHS — Twelve Paul Smith’s College athletes have been named to the United States Collegiate Athletic Association’s All-Academic Team for their success in the classroom this winter.
Two of the honorees are from Western New York:
- Kaiden Hill of Honeoye Falls, a nordic skiing athlete majoring in fisheries and wildlife sciences.
- James Neary of Attica, a men’s snowshoeing athlete majoring in integrative studies.
“Congratulations to our student athletes who are among the most successful in the classroom,” said Athletic Director Jim Tucker.
To be nominated for the honor, a student athlete must be in good standing on the team, have completed at least 24 credit hours and have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or greater.
